Online & Mobile Banking FAQs
To give users more transparency and control over their data, CommunityAmerica Credit Union has adopted the following policy regarding the deletion of our members’ online banking accounts:
- If you wish to make a change to your login or accounts, please contact us or visit your local CommunityAmerica Credit Union location.
- If you wish to delete your username and password information, you must make a formal request. We will only accept and delete data requests submitted by phone at 800.892.7957, ask for Online Banking Service, or via Secure Email in Online Banking under the Account Requests tab.
- Information such as your usage history, account information and banking activity will be retained in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Please review our Privacy Policy for further information concerning your personal information at CommunityAmerica Credit Union.
In order to activate Text Banking, you’ll need to enroll in Online Banking and then add your phone number. Once that’s done, you can text the commands below to 454545 and enjoy Text Banking.
BAL – Check your primary account balance.
LAST – See the last 5 transactions on your account.
TRANS – Transfer funds to your primary account.
STOP – Deactivate the Text Banking service.
HELP – Get help and see what commands you can use for Text Banking.
