When are Video Tellers available?

You can access our Video Teller Machines 24/7 for traditional ATM functionality. Our Video Tellers are available during these hours: Mon – Fri: 7am to 7pm, Saturday: 8am to 4pm, Sunday: 10am to 2pm

What transactions can be done with a Video Teller?

At our Video Teller Machines, you can do most of your traditional banking transactions: cash a check, make a deposit, get cash back, transfer funds, make a loan payment, and balance inquiry. For any of the following types of transactions, you will need to visit a full-service location: IRA deposits & withdrawals, official check, loan payments on accounts with charged-off shares, loan payoffs, close an account, or non-member check cashing.

How much can I withdraw from a Video Teller?

Using a Video Teller, you can withdraw up to $3,000. If you need to withdraw more than $3,000, you’ll need to visit a full-service location.
