Roxanne Doss
Roxanne Doss is the Fraud Investigations Manager at CommunityAmerica Credit Union. In 2010, she began her career in fraud and continues to learn new things every day. She has a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist (CITRMS) credential that helps CommunityAmerica, and our members, combat the increasing problem of identity theft. In 2016, she earned her CFE credential from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). To stay up to date on the latest fraud trends, she attends conferences and takes courses offered locally or online.
Roxanne is from the Kansas City area and has lived here her whole life. She has a BA in Psychology from UMKC in 2003 and an Associate Degree from Metropolitan Community College – Longview in 2001. She has been fortunate enough to teach others about identity theft protection through CommunityAmerica Credit Union in the Blue Springs School District and also to families involved in Catholic Charities. She is involved in the Kansas City Chapter of ACFE as well as the MO-KAN Chapter of the International Association of Financial Crime Investigators (IAFCI). She lives with her husband and two daughters in the Kansas City area and enjoys spending time with her family and church. Her daughters participate in their local 4-H, which provides the family with tons of volunteer opportunities in our community.
