Jackie Reed
Jackie Reed is the Branch and Outbound Mortgage Sales Manager for CommunityAmerica Credit Union. For the last nine years, Jackie has served in several different roles within the mortgage division before moving into her current role in 2021.
Over the years she has enjoyed getting to know members on a personal level by working to understand their financial goals and how that coincides with current homeownership or their desire to own a home in the future. Owning and maintaining a home is one of the largest financial investments a person will make in their lifetime, and Jackie and her team understand the importance of finding the right mortgage product to assist in the process.
Although she no longer works directly with members on a day-to-day basis, Jackie delights in supporting her team so they can better serve CommunityAmerica’s members and their dreams of homeownership. As the saying goes, “Home is where the Heart is,” and Jackie is passionate about making sure our members love the house they call home and feel financially prepared and secure in their financing.
Jackie lives in Overland Park, Kansas with her husband, their daughter, and their cat and dog – Oliver and Baxter. In her free time, Jackie loves to puzzle, hike, and spend time with her family and friends.
